How can I get a question answered?

We aspire to perfection each time you order. Should you experience any problems with either your order, or your order processing, please email Mark, General Manager.

When will my coffee be shipped?

Place your order by 7pm EST and we will ship it the following business day. The only exceptions are Saturday and Sunday. We cannot ship on Saturday and Sunday, so orders placed after 7:00 pm Friday will be shipped on Monday. If we have any difficulty filling your order we will contact you. Should you have any concerns about your order please contact us.

Will you sell my name to other companies?

Your personal information will never be shared with other companies or individuals.
