Most of the coffee from the Harrar region is harvested from wild native trees and processed in very low tech fashion on small family farms. This results in a dizzying array of tastes that can vary significantly from harvest to harvest. Our current crop is on the full side of medium bodied with a strong aroma and taste of blueberries. You may also detect a pleasant sandalwood aroma. An exotic, flavorful coffee for those looking for something out of the ordinary. |
